We use this information to respond to enquiries, manage enrolments, provide course-related updates, confirm payments, issue certificates where applicable, and improve our services.
3. Payments
Payments are processed through the payment gateway shown at checkout. Enter payment credentials only on the payment provider’s secure page. TVK Academy will not ask you to share your UPI PIN, banking password, or card PIN.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. Necessary information may be shared with payment and service providers supporting enrolment, payment processing, website operation, or where disclosure is required by law.
5. Data Security and Retention
We take reasonable steps to protect information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, record keeping, and legal requirements.
6. Cookies and Website Data
Our website or hosting provider may use cookies or technical logs for website functionality, security, and usage analysis. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
7. Your Choices and Policy Updates
You may contact us to request correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements. We may update this policy and publish the latest version on this page.
1. Online Training Services
TVK Academy provides online educational courses and training services. As our courses are digital services, physical product returns do not apply.
2. No Refund Policy
All course payments are final and non-refundable. TVK Academy does not offer refunds once payment has been completed. Please review the course content, fee, batch schedule, and delivery mode before making payment.
3. Before You Enrol
If you have questions about a course, its schedule, or the services included, please contact us before completing your payment.
4. Payment or Enrolment Issues
If your payment is debited but enrolment is not confirmed, contact us with your payment transaction/reference ID. We will verify the transaction and assist with the enrolment issue. Do not send card details, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.
1. No Cancellation Policy
Course enrolments cannot be cancelled after payment has been completed. Please check the course details, fee, batch schedule, and online delivery terms before paying.
2. Before Payment
If you need clarification about a course or batch, contact TVK Academy before making payment so you can make an informed decision.
3. Payment or Enrolment Issues
If money is debited but you do not receive enrolment confirmation, contact us with your payment transaction/reference ID. We will verify the transaction and help resolve the access or enrolment issue. This is not a cancellation request.
1. Online Delivery Only
TVK Academy courses are delivered online. No physical products are shipped as part of standard course enrolments, so courier delivery and shipping charges do not apply.
2. Course Access Duration
After successful payment, enrolment or course access details are generally provided within 24 hours, or according to the batch start date and course instructions shown on the course page.
3. Scheduled Batches
For courses conducted in scheduled batches, live classes and training access may begin on the batch start date stated on the course page. Please review the published schedule before making payment.
4. Access Not Received
If you do not receive course access or enrolment confirmation within the stated duration, contact TVK Academy with your payment transaction/reference ID so we can verify the payment and help resolve the issue. Check the transaction status before making another payment.
5. Physical Materials
Physical books, equipment, or other materials are not included unless a specific course offer explicitly states otherwise.
